RESOURCES

At Together Toward Health, our partners and grantees have created a variety of materials and messages to promote equitable COVID-19 recovery and broader health equity. Across this incredibly diverse state, leading organizations on the ground frequently have to get creative and specific to reach their audiences, tailoring tactics that speak directly to their people.

Through culturally relevant messages and by reaching out in people’s native languages, our partners and grantees are able to connect with their peers, relatives and neighbors by providing relatable and reliable information about COVID-19 and the vaccines. To efficiently share useful lessons and ideas that can be replicated for other audiences, we have compiled a comprehensive set of resources from across our grantees, as well as from other leading organizations.
